Ben Ben began his working life at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte as an accountant. He then worked on the coaching team of the Sydney Swans (Australian) football team for 8 years. He has a PhD in the field of learning and development.

In addition to teaching English literature, John established the progress monitoring system at Bales that teachers and leadership staff use to ensure each child is receiving the academic support they require. John has a strong artistic side – he has produced the
Agnieszka manages the school office. She is responsible for examination entries, Health and Safety and HR. In these capacities she ensures the school remains compliant with the latest directives on examination courses, risk assessment and the law as it affects employment.
Poonam is the Designated Safeguarding Lead. She has worked at Bales College for 10 years. Poonam ensures that all students are safe and that they receive the necessary help and support throughout their school day, to help them excel in their academy journey
